For Sale: The Bow Buddy
« on: October 14, 2019, 21:41:36 »
My wife made the "Bow Buddy" for my car and several others for PagodaFest.  She has a couple of them left.

If you have ever dropped the soft top bow back into the compartment you know how a knuckle busting chore it is to get back out. We designed this helper strap to solve the problem.

The Bow Buddy is made out of 4 panel seat belt webbing that is similar to the original pagoda seat belts.  It has a reinforced ABS plastic that hooks on the back soft top hook.

Before storing your soft top just hook on the Bow Buddy and stow the soft top.  The next time you need to raise the soft top just grab the strap.  Voila!  No more bow falling back down to get stuck.

The price  is a deal at $20 plus shipping.

Please PM if interested.  Once they are gone, they are gone.

My wife just wanted to thank everybody for the great response to the Bow Buddy.  She hopes it comes in handy (Pun intended  :o :o :o ::) )

She wanted to give a tip for the first use of the Bow Buddy.  The opening of the hole that goes over the soft top hook will be initially very snug.  This is the intended design so it will not slip off in the future.

The best way to place it on the soft top hook is to stand on the driver's side (LHD), place the Bow Buddy on the hook and pull toward you.  It may take some wiggling initially for the first install but after that you will be good to go  ;D

There seems to be a resurgence for the need for the "Bow Buddy"  ;D   Price will still be $20 plus shipping.

Please PM me before June 1, 2021  if you would like one or more.  If there is enough interest my wife and I will make another batch.

Thanks

I’m building a list of everyone that has emailed, PM’d, or posted here.

At the end of the month I will PM everyone for their address and $.

If you would like to get a head start and PM me your shipping address that would help 👍

Judging by the response i know what I will be doing the next several weeks 😜
