Have this second 6-pin plug that seem to not have anywhere to hook up to. These colors are BW, BG, BWG, RY, Brown, and another BWG. When looking at the color schematic I see block 18 which is for Direction Signal Transmitter which shows a 6-pin plug. My question is which block is for the Hazard module.

Dear Mr Henderson

The lines shown on that 6 pin connector are exactly the ones on a hazard relay, but they are in reversed order.

Shown below the correct pin assignment for a Bosh hazard relay.

The lines are reversed upside down.

The clue that this is a a hazard relay 6 pin plug is the presence of those BLACK/WHITE and BLACK/GREEN lines which correspond to the LEFT and RIGHT TURN SIGNALS respectively.

The BLACK / RED/ green is the T15 feed for the relay (blinker function) and the RED/YELOW IS the T30 feed for the same relay (hazard function)

Finally the BLACK/WHITE/GREEN is the BLINKER OUTPUT Named “49a”

Have a bosch hazard relay in hands as model shown on picture on previous post and match lines with the pin labelling on the unit.

Best regards

The Hazard switch is not Bosch it's from SLS in Germany. I'm reinstalling the old unit and see what happens. I do think that when the harness was built that someone installed the wrong terminal plug, I'll look for one that lets me install the wires properly.
