Anyone know if the steering wheel hub on a W107 is the same as W113 280SL year 1969?

The R107 steering wheel fits perfectly on a w113 (280).  I’m not sure the hub is the same (R107 might be molded plastic rather than painted metal) but the connection points are the same.

Hi,
the R107 came from the factory with two different steering column/hub options:
Diameter - 15.20 mm with 47 teeth/splines (same for W113) and
Diameter - 21.35 mm with 66 teeth/splines.

So the horn contact would be the same as it is on the W113
