For which model years (and global markets?) are these lights correct?

I think from other discussions, these are for w113 240sl exported to France as the have amber rather than clear lenses for reversing lights

These are French market lights.  I spent years trying to track down a pair.

Happy New Year! Are these French tails still avail? If so, what would buy them shipped to the US, Arizona 85719?

Original versions are extremely difficult to find, at least in my experience.  I found one side in Europe a decade ago and found the other one on FB last year.  There are a number of outlets that sell decent repros (like Mr Fiat) and then you have to install them into the surrounding ring (I had Bud's do this and they did a fine job).  I am using repros for now and will put the real ones on some day.
