I think from other discussions, these are for w113 240sl exported to France as the have amber rather than clear lenses for reversing lights

Original versions are extremely difficult to find, at least in my experience.  I found one side in Europe a decade ago and found the other one on FB last year.  There are a number of outlets that sell decent repros (like Mr Fiat) and then you have to install them into the surrounding ring (I had Bud's do this and they did a fine job).  I am using repros for now and will put the real ones on some day.
