Wiki Problems
« on: April 01, 2020, 20:21:27 »
Recently I was alerted by a user that the Wiki has a number of pages that do not show anymore when you are not logged in on the forum. They just come up as a blank page.

Everyone who is a forum member and is logged in can see the Wiki as normally, when going to the 'Technical Manual' link on every page. However, if you log out and then go to the Wiki certain pages become invisible.

This is really unfortunate, because it for instance contains the instructions for 'Membership Renewal'. But the people who most need that information, are the ones that do not log in regularly.

I've been spending two nights trying to fix this (with help from the developers of the Wiki software) but to no avail. Now we've had some upgrades to the forums software recently, but I don't know if they caused this. Why? Because I almost always look at the Technical Manual/Wiki when logged in.

If anyone can help me pinpoint when these blank pages started showing up, I would be much obliged if you could tell me when that was.

Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The problem should be resolved now. It was not easy to find and fix.
