A very experienced person can do it in 1 to 1.5 hrs each side, on a nice clean car, in good working conditions, with proper tools and lot of experience. Otherwise double the time.

spray and soak the bolts overnight
I say a full day leisure Saturday 9-4 with lunch and slow pace  and a cold beer at the end
if bolts are not frozen of course

I found a good sized prybar helped - mine is 6' long and was enough that I could do the work myself very easily- oh yeah - make sure you are at least 5' away from another car or the wall so you can use all 5'.

On one occasion (for a member here) I found the mounts sufficiently seized in place that I had to use oxy-acetylene heat to remove them.
