Clutch pedal
« on: March 11, 2019, 12:42:24 »
Hi All,

Wanted to change my  clutchslave cilinder and adjust my 280-70 pedal.

Seems my clutchpedal rests approx 15mm or  1/2'' higher than my brakepedal .

Can anyone confirm that this is normal? any comments?

Thanks
Mark

Mark,
There should be an adjustable bolt at the junction of the clutch pedal and clutch master.
Check that out, it's not a straight bolt, but an offset type.
You will find a similar one for the brake pedal too.
How does the brake pedal sit in relation to the gas pedal?

Thanks Naj and Walt, for your kind reply.

Naj , i already suspected taht pedals should be even.

Walter , i found this adjustmentbolt nr 20 , but for the required 0.2mm clearance i am at the very end of its range.

Since i can feel no excessive play on the clutchpedal pivotpoints , i suspect rubber stop no 24 .

Or has someone a better idea?

Does anyone have the partnr of this rubberstop?

Mark
