OK folks, I want to wrap this up.  I've got a bunch of checks and orders, but not as many as inquiries.  In fairness to those who have acted promptly, I'm ordering them printed on August 22 for the orders in hand and they'll ship before the end of that week.  That's plenty of time to get the check in the mail.

OK Folks--this is it.  Will be printed on Monday.  There's a few of you who might miss the boat[!].  It's astounding how long the mail takes ; the few foreign orders were the first[:0].  Out of fairness to those that ordered, and sent the check, gotta get this ball rolling.
