PPI in Portland, Oregon

Can anyone recommend a good independent mechanic in Portland, Oregon besides MBI Motors?  MBI has been servicing the car for the past 15 years and I'd like to have the car checked out by another MBZ mechanic who can give an impartial assessment.  Thanks! Nate

My 2 cents: if you aren't a member of the MBCA, consider joining...that being said, you can contact the Portland section and ask their President and Regional Directors for recommendations.  You can also ask them for a copy of their most recent local publication which often (ours does) advertisments for the independents.

Thanks for the good advice.  I'll contact Bob Waldman at Cascadia and the MBCA folks in Portland.
