Euro LED Headlight Conversion

I am having a difficult time finding the correct LED conversion kit with adapter for my Euro Headlights. I have searched through the forum and cant seem to find a description or current link to get the correct adapters and bulbs. In addition to exact adapter, I am looking for a recommendation on the bulb's output as I read many can be too bright. Any help from a recent purchase is greatly appreciated.

I will add two additional bits of information.  First, look at the specs of the bulbs I ordered; you may not find the same listing, but the wattage, color, lumen output, and bulb configuration are the important bits.  Second, the lights have perfect cut-off on low beam, and make a huge difference for night driving.

Sadie shared a detailed email you sent him with the specifics from your previous endeavour which is very helpful.  Having a hard time now finding a US supplier of the P45t to H4 adapter.
