To clarify for those not familiar (I had to look it up and as it turns out I happen to live close by), 'RSF' means 'Rancho Santa Fe', a place in Southern California, USA. 'Cielo Village' is a shopping center there.

RSF is also the place we hold "Pagodas and Beer" twice a year.
