Many year ago, I had these made after I had requests from customers for a means of attaching their US license plates
to the front bumper. The long slots were not correctly spaced for mounting. (Photo #3 shows a bumper with slots) I came up with an idea and had these made. I still have about 40 of these. They are made of aluminum with steel studs, captured nuts, which are swaged into the plate, and rubber buffers for mounting. After attachment, the license plate covers the entire bracket and it is no longer visible. This makes for a very clean mount. $25 each plus shipping.
