123 Ignition - Tune+
« on: June 28, 2025, 18:26:15 »
Looking for feedback on 123 Ignition and best place to purchase one for my '68 280sl.  Considering the Tune+ which has blutooth control and data.

I think quite a lot has been said about this ignition system (I have one as well) and it is positive.

You may want to search for "123 curve" for bluetooth programming. e.g.:

Corresponding topics: ballast resistor (usually not used), regular coil or 123 coils both work.

Installation also well described in many threads.

I am not from the US, but US Members buy at 123ignition USA, where you can also get a lot of support.

agreed, the answer at the back of the book is that 123ignitionusa.com is the place to go. pretty universally well received by the many of us who had done the upgrade. slight preference for flexibility of the tune+ bluetooth.
