But, yes, it is 500km Slovakian FIVA Rally 2025.

I think these guys have a very poor weather now…

This was, as we said, the Slovakian 500km Rally. The place marked in the footage was Zilina, Slovakia.

I have no idea why it was chosen to bring the cars to, I guess, one location - start? Some stage? No idea. Weather was poor...

And some folk would choose to transport their car to the stage/start rather than drive - happens a lot, I saw a car transporter on the autoroute near Dijon  on Monday loaded with classics "stickered up" for an event (including a red pagoda)

Exactly. Our colleagues form our local Pagoda club, when they organized tours in e.g. Greece, they took the cars there on trucks. Train could be a good alternative for a larger number of cars.
