Does anyone here use the Hazet Assistent?

I have been thinking of importing one of these nice little racks, especially since my workspace is so small. Does anyone here use one? What do you think?

If I felt I needed one, I would just make one myself, rather than shell out > $1,000. But that's just cheap Dutch me!

In fact, I made myself a heavy-duty workbench on wheels, with shelves underneath to store most of my more common tools. I can and do roll it around the workshop. On the top I have metal shears  and a big vise. I made holes to mount a shrinker or stretcher, and I can also mount my mini-brake (from Harbor Freight - cheap Dutch again). It works a treat and yes it is nice to be able to roll it to wherever I happen to be working.

Nice looking and being Hazet it should be good quality but I agree with Cees too expensive, custom home made would be better.
In any case I don’t like storing my hand tools in open trays like that, or on pegboards, because unless the workspace is very enclosed or humidity controlled they will slowly but surely rust.

Having not heard of this before, I did a quick little search and found out that there are quite a few different products under the name Hazet Assistant. All of them fall under the category of tool trolleys. There are at least three or four of them under that brand and name available on Amazon in the USA, so no need to import directly.

Cees took the route of building his own, and he chose to mount some specific tools on his for his own needs. I suspect that if you have a tight working space you might think about what exactly you want the tool trolley to do for you and design and build accordingly.

If you search for “tool trolley” as opposed to “Hazet Assistant” your horizons open up widely. I have a craftsman model that I bought a few years ago which looks remarkably like one of the Hazet models on Amazon.
