Announcing PagodaFest 2025 - Great Smoky Mountains

Dates: September 9/25 (Thursday) through 9/28 (Sunday) 2025
Location: Knoxville, TN in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains of the Appalachian Range
Host Hotel: Courtyard by Marriott Alcoa. (near Knoxville Airport)

Planned Events:
Driving in and around the Great Smoky Mountains with planned drives on Friday
Technical day on Saturday
Plenty of hands on time with your fellow Pagoda owners
The usual meals etc.

SPECIAL NOTES: We will be targeting approximately 70-80 members attending. If we don't hit the target number before the our cancellation dates with the hotel, we'll cancel the event.

We are putting together a small team to put this event together. If you'd like to participate in some way, contact us.

We are fine tuning the PagodaFest 2025 Experience!

We expect to have REGISTRATION open during the first week of June.

I was sooooo looking forward to this, but similar to Mike, I have a conflict.     I've never vacationed in this area, it would have been perfect! 

Can the BOD start looking for 2027 western US Pagoda Fest ideas and volunteers as soon as this fall's event is over?  I would love to take a major road trip to the west in the Pagoda, assuming it's ready for it by then.

Some or many will always have a conflict. That's the way it goes.

For anything held in the east, midwest, south or south-central, usually the best time is going to be after the summer rush is over but before it gets too cool in the autumn. This leaves a few weeks tops in September, maybe going into early October.

The west is another story weather wise of course.

As soon as someone steps up and raises their hand to help, we can plan something.
