Horn placement

Hi so working on the steering wheel and trying to decide if I should put back in the Nardi or the Mercedes wheel.  Went to look for the horns and I don’t see them.  Never even thought about them until now.   I assume they are easy to see under the car so maybe mine were just knocked off over the years….  I honestly thought I had honked the horn before but maybe not.  I don’t have any sort of lift so it is really hard for me to get under the car but I have send in the GoPro with no success.  I tried searching for photos of someone’s under side of their car but cannot find any.  Any pics would be great so I can confirm that I need to start tracking down some horns.  Thanks

If you are looking for horns themselves, I attached pictures. Not difficult to find. Details of attachment - search on the forum, lots of discussions there. As for stock steering wheel or Nardi - Nardi (I am in the Nardi camp).

To find them - get on your knees and look under and behind the bumper, they will be seen if they are there.

I had a Nardi originally but personally I think the original is very classy and looks more correct. Obviously opinion. I bought a new Mercedes steering wheel years ago.

Very odd your horns would have fallen off or disappeared. Can you short the wires to see if there is a horn working?

A question of taste, of course and the stock wheel is a very pretty wheel.

To me, however, the original steering wheel, as it was not designed for Pagoda, just does not fully fit - in terms of style, size and comfort (getting in and out, covered gauges). To me Nardi Anni 60 is the match for Pagode in terms of style, decorations and comfort.

That looks like the horn mount.

Yes that is a horn mount. Horns face downward.
