If you mean the inserts along either side - fender, door, behind door and behind wheel, I don’t think there is a “fifth” location. My guess is just extra pieces.

Agree with Bob Happe. You will have to trim the door jnserts at the front of each to allow room for the door to open and close. The others are simpler.
