Can we "at" other members?

In some car forums, you can address another member in a post with @username.  This emails the user that they have been mentioned or addressed in a post.  Is this a feature we can enable?Maybe if someone post is quote, they could receive an email?

Also, more imojis would be nice.

If more people would like @mentions, I could investigate adding it. It would require changes to the software.
