Steering column question
« on: May 15, 2023, 15:38:35 »
My steering column seems to be tilted to the left (not straight center) and I wanted to know if this is normal? If not, is there a way to adjust?

Here's a couple of pictures though the angle is hard to tell.

Thanks,

Brandon

Seems they are all fitted this way, but there are a couple of explanations as to why

BobH,

Thank you for providing this information. It's been quite a head scratcher for me since I purchased the car. Glad I am not the only one.

Have a look at a 356 Porsche and you will see the same thing. Could be a common thing on many old cars.

Steering wheel is not parallel to the dashboard.
