Not sure I have "badges". Can you post a pic?

Grille badges. We made and sold these a few years ago when you took sabbatical.

Ah, grill badges.  I got one from a member here in the for sale forum.  Very nice product.  Should be in demand the next time the club produces a batch.

Hello,
Are the badges still available, if so what is the price?
Thank you in advance.

Our logo turned into grille badges were a program we ran several years ago. We'd have to have a demand for at least 50 in order to start it up again.
Remember these are cast enameled metal, and manufacture is a bit involved. At least we still have the "die sets" with the manufacturer so we don't have to pay the set up charge.
Maybe in 2024 we will look again and see if we can round up enough orders.

When we do it again the price will be higher for certain. Everything's higher, but more importantly I don't think we'd get near the volume as the first time, and volume is what drove the price down. In the initial go around the price $25 for one, and $35 for two. More than 375 separate orders were received, (approaching 50% of the full members), for more than 590 badges sold. We had a few excess which were sold off one by one after all the pre-orders were sent out, and then the final few were sent to PagodaFest San Diego and used as door prizes or something. We'd strive again for under $50 each which was the first goal.

Grill and grille are one of those weird homophones. I sometimes add the E when not necessary and drop it when necessary. Forgive my transgressions!  A grille is a decorative or protective screen, also can refer to the front of a car or other vehicle, where the radiator is located. A grill is used for cooking food...so I'm told...

Wow, I can't believe I never noticed that!  I will remember that one for sure.  I always try for proper, or at least reasonable, grammar and spelling, and this one escaped me.

Sad to day, I'm serious this time.  Maybe I assumed "grille" was a British spelling or something?  I don't know.  I am ashamed.   :-\
