This must be an old photo.  There are a large number of newspapers for sale on the street, and there is a book store in the background.  I thought those didn't really exist anymore!   ;D   ;)

My dear chap. This is Marylebone.  ;) They exist in Marylebone, and the newspapers are probably each in a different language
