Differential support

I’m processing with the dismantling of my rear axel. Today, I cleaned the cast differential support. Looking inside the area where the shaft support is clamped, the bore is not centered.  One side has a shoulder (red) and the other side does not (blue). See the attached picture.

Is this normal or do I have to replace the part?
