Went to the classic center event today with the 250sl.  Must have been a couple hundred cars.  There were about 5 or 6 pagodas.  Saw our forum member Dirk and former Classic Center guru Tom Hanson.

What a great event!  Thanks for all the wonderful photos. 

It’s encouraging to see a company of this stature take over a huge facility like the McDonald Douglas plant for vintage models.  Their marketing folks surely see a future for vintage cars.  With all the talk about the demise of ICE automobiles, it gives me hope that the next generation of pagoda enthusiasts will have the back up to keep these cars running and being enjoyed.
