What a loaner

A friend (Jimmy Christo a Member here) lent me one of his cars. 3.5)  I think it looks better in my garage thaan his warehouse.

Looks good in there Gary! A beautiful classic and great car to drive but you'll cry when you have to fill the gas tank!  :(

Nice car and nice garage! The two go together like a great wine pairing. I remember the drawing of your garage before it was built. It looks better in the flesh than on paper.

Yes, way better surroundings and I think he should let you have it.

Wow!  What a garage!  And both photos are excellent!

Word of caution about having floor mats around cars.  It's all fun and games until you stand on one and lean into the engine compartment.  If there's any potential for the mat to slip, especially on a painted concrete floor, you're really going to be screwed as your feet are kicked out from under you, and you fall into the engine bay.  I learned this one the hard way.

You are right on the mats. The one at the front can slip if not careful. I have it there as i drive across grass to enter garage and it takes away the mess before going onto the epoxy floor. (There is a special grid under grass to stop it depressing)
