A search question

Probably one for Peter,

When I put in the white search box, Number Plate, one of the answers that come up is titled ' License Plate' posted on March 29 2018 by Urban and listed under 'Genaral'.

When I scroll back through 'General' to around 29 March 2018 there is no sign of this posting.

What am I missing here and how do I find this post please.
