Ah, the Pink Lady!  A fitting backdrop for a Pagoda.

I believe Cadillac had a print advertisement of a pink Fleetwood in 1957 in front of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.  I’m sure this hotel has served as a backdrop for many products.

Lol, here’s my ‘66 230sl in the same location. Quick story: I was there for the Peles advertising competition a few years ago - they were kind enough to let me park it right in the entry area. When I came back to check on it, it was literally surrounded by dozens of selfie-taking Japanese. I sat on the steps and watched for awhile - it was like being the spouse of a celebrity! The valet came over to me laughing, asking what kind of car it was, year, etc as so many people were asking about it. Definitely a huge ego boost, lol…

looking great. I’d occasionally hang out on a buddy’s boat in Waikiki Harbor with my 280sl and his hot rod parked by and see who’s car would get more attention. I’d always win.

Seems like almost every restaurant/hotel would keep the car out front which is nice for security.
