Wiper Blades
« on: January 14, 2022, 09:47:46 »
required a pair of early 230SL Bosch wiper blades in good condition. They need to be the polished ones not the matt ones. If you have any please provide photos and a price delivered to UK

thanks Neil

Are you looking only for the blades - ore also for the arms - I own two pair of original us arms - the blind version - not the shiny ones

Hi guys , I have the same question. My wiper blades are very hard and when it rains , the noise of the rubber on the windscreen is really bad . I would like to replace them with the new ones . Is not possible to replace only the rubber part and keeping the metal part ? Any alternatives ? Oem from mercedes maybe ? Thank you

I have been able to find refills on Amazon. No major auto parts store carries them anymore, they only have the whole blade, or a modern "aero" style (not a good look on our cars IMHO).

You have to buy the entire wiper arm ? It’s very expensive. There is no other solution?

autohausAZ used to have just the rubber inserts. or buy a cheap pair or ordinary wiper blades and remove the rubber and insert into your originals

The length of the insert, and the words "wiper refill", will yield results. Pay attention to the width too. I got some 16" refills last week for another vehicle. Worked perfectly for some stainless period correct Anco wiper blades.
