Routing Dash Wiring
« on: November 28, 2021, 01:48:27 »
Hello all. In process of routing the interior wiring harness from the ignition switch area over to the right (left hand drive). Does the wiring harness run along the bulkhead or does it run in a channel that runs under the radio? Or is there another route? I didn't remove the harness so that's the reason for the question. 1970 280SL.  Thanks in advance. Lee

Dear friend

The harness route is below the radio on the lowest part of the metal dashboard metal structure.  There are several flexible “C” shaped hangers that keep the harness branch in place.

Best regards
