Vent levers…

Hi ..I’m trying to find a vent lever for my early 230… I can find many that have a horizontal tab at the interior end,but,mine has a vertical tab..see pictures…
Any ideas most welcome…

My idea would be to buy them from the Mercedes dealer as they are something visible and something you touch. PN A 113 833 00 40, ca $ 100 for a pair.
