CAMSHAFT A180 051 7001 , some bearings, sprocket
the code # on end is "82"

M180 W108 W111 W112 CAMSHAFT 1800517001
they may be interchangeable 1800160538, 1800502197, 1800517001, 1800518201, 1801800127

Some say this may fit early 230SL  I am not too sure..
