'A' pillar seal replacement

I hope everyone is safe and sound at this crazy time we find ourselves living in.
As usual, I find working on my w113 provides both escape & therapy.
I am about to replace the A pillar seals. I sourced original MB seals with the help of David Gallon.
This appears to be a fairly straightforward job, but I would welcome any insights or suggestions from my Pagoda colleagues.
Is there anything I should be aware of, or any unseen complications I need to know?
