This is a set of 5 matching 14X6 steel wheels, part number 1084000002, ET30 offset, 5X112mm bolt pattern, 66.6mm bore, that take both dog dish and full size wheel covers (your choice, but those aren't included). All of them came from the same vehicle and are matching brand (KPZ) and manufacture date (4/66).
It's hard enough to find a matching set, let alone a set that includes the spare.
The car these were on was in really good condition, and they still have the original paint. There is almost no rust since they came from an Arizona desert car.
