Have a 3.5 with a behr a/c unit in the middle of the the dash I need the carpeted part that raps around the a/c unit it has a plastic vent on each side I believe they are always black plastic I do not care what color the carpet is or if you live in Orange County California if I could have a professional remove the part from your car so my guy that does all my interior work could make a pattern so I could make one I believe the plastic vents are from a w115 coupe and they are available I know this is a big deal to ask and could compensate you for this we have two cars that are in need of this part the shop is close to John Wayne Airport.
