I think what you might be seeing is a piece of bespoke sheetmetal.  For a good panel beater they can usually make the panels faster than removing the old ones from a junk shell and repairing any damage.  However things like the cast aluminum hinges, tonneau and latches were probably sourced used.

Can anyone advise who the supplier/manufacturer is?  I am missing the support beam in the footwell.
