PPI Needed in Rocville MD

I've found, on Craigslist, a 72 108 4.5 in Rockville MD.  What I'd like if for someone to take a quick look for rust or obvious flaws in the car.  Doesn't run, so mechanical inspection is not needed, just a visual.  Probably a parts car but may be savable.  It's in a shop parking lot so not human contact needed! Thanks!  Jon
