Swap a Right mirror for a left

I have a right mirror that I'd like to swap for a left.  I'm happy to just swap the swan neck support as the rest of mine isn't in great condition.  I'll post pictures if anyone is interested. 
BTW I'm in Australia.

I’ve got a RH mirror I need to swap for a LH but mines a 280sl
Pity I’m in Melbourne too but will ask a few Pagoda buddies for you
