I know we have seen lots of films from German car assembly lines. I think, however, it is very good source of knowledge, so: here as another one, from 80-ies I guess. Let's look for focus, precision and pride:

Yes, it is, thank you. Just an alternative way to ensure fit.

You can tell the time by the hair styling of the workers. You could not really tell the decade by looking at the car, this could be about 30 years, from early 60ies to late 80ies.
