Wanted: soft top rubber boot and "cuff" - UPDATED
« on: January 03, 2020, 18:40:23 »
I'm re-doing my soft top, and looking for a couple of parts - see picture below.
From the SLS exploded parts diagram, I've found the part number for the rubber boot - 107-772-00-96, but no number for the "cuff" identified as item #66.
I've asked Tom Hanson at MBZ and he said that the boot will be available mid-year, but the cuff is not identified as a spare part.
SLS shows the boot available, with their own part number, but they have no reference to the part number or availability of the cuff.
Any ideas/recommendations for alternatives where to find these?
Thanks

NOTE: Photo parts identification corrected, per Hans' input

Tom H at Classic Center (USA) is right in that the exact W113 part is not available. However, a useful alternative is the much similar R107 part, see picture attached.

What you name "Rubber boot"  are left and right handed parts. These are available from M-B; part No A113 772 0198 and 0298.
(note: in M-B parts lists these are somewhat inappropiately named "seals")

Excellent! Looks like I mislabeled the part in the photo.
Thanks, Hans

Anybody know what purposes these serve? The 113-772-0X-98 seals are about $100 each ($200 for both sides)!
