Which roof seals? hard top, soft top or both.
The issue with changing seals (and I always use genuine Mercedes seals) is that you might find that the door glass no longer aligns with the seals and this can open up a can of worms, especially if you already have play in the door glass runners.
Here's the sequence:
Check doors for correct panel alignment; adjust if necessary.
Check door glass for correct operation; rectify & adjust as necessary any excessive friction or free-play.
Fit hard top and adjust door glasses to snug fit on weather seals.
Remove hard top and close soft top. Adjust soft top to align with door glasses.
I'm a fair way from you but you wouldn't be my most distant customer by a significant margin!
