Bolts needed for a 230SL Soft Top Frame.
« on: September 24, 2019, 23:53:47 »
I'm looking for the bolts that seem to be a counter sunk flathead type that are the ones just at the pivot near where your head is.  There are two next two each other.  The inner ones and outer (towards the outside of the car).  The outer ones need to be countersunk not to bind when the top is folded.  Anyone has leads on these bolts?

Quite possibly even the Mercedes dealer or the Classic Center may have these.

Some of them,
one or two types, not more.

Always check with the MB dealer first.
Why?
1) is the part your are interested nt (still or again) available?
2) you'll get an idea what it is worth...

Quite often you'll pay more at an aftermarket dealer than at MB,
so check carefully first.
