hi everyone,

can someone recommend a good vendor for a convertible top in NY or NJ? i own a 1970 280SL. The frame is in very good shape.

+1 on GAT, got my carpets and seat covers from them. The top install was beyond my experience level, and one side was bent, hence why I took it to SL Tech last fall.

I bought mine from German Auto tops--he is a vendor on this site.

I've heard that GAHH in Los Angeles is good but I believe they only sell the top and do not install. What does Gernold at SL Tech charge??

I have replaced my top twice. Not a hard as you may expect.
