looking to purchase; 1) rear muffler 1965 MB 230 SL; 2) alternatively, complete stainless exhaust for 1965 MB 230SL.  Anyone with suggestions on good suppliers and good pricing?

Using the Search Function of our site is the way to get results. Do try it. BTW I would not purchase an exhaust system on eBay unless it is from a Vendor and would fit your car.

Agreed. Time Valve is great. Had one installed on my 230SL this fall. I had an early 230SL and the header pipes had to be cut shorter on site, but that was straight-forward.

I installed a Timevalve stainless system on my 230SL myself in about 1984 or1985 and love it.  It still looks and sounds great and shows no rust so it's not fake stainless or poor quality stainless.  It spent 18 years in Michigan and about the same in Quebec, Canada.
