Cold Start Sending Unit

Anyone know where a guy could pick up a Cold Start (2 terminal) Sending Unit for a1965 230 SL Mercedes Benz??

Are we talking about the enrichment solenoid on the injection pump or the Thermal-Time Switch on the coolant manifold?
