Question for UK Pagoda owners => 2 or 3 seats?

My car has the Kinder seat in the back and the chassis plate has 3 seats written on it.

It started life as a US car but was fully restored to euro specs including everything (headlights, engine specs, bumpers, door pockets, clocks etc etc).

The V5 states 2 seats.

Can i get this changed to 3 seats? How to proceed?
