French Touch
« on: February 12, 2018, 20:17:01 »
Though nowadays everything is pretty much standardized, there was a time when national culture would influence how cars were made. In the 60s, when 15 nuts and bolts would serve a given purpose on a Mercedes, one would find a spring and a wire on a Citroen and 5 pop rivets on a Jaguar to do the same thing.

As many of you know by now, the "Godess" is the other car I venerate. I was looking for some videos on Youtube and I was quite surpised. Many of them follow the same theme, which I guess is what the DS inspire to enthousiasts around the world. Quite nice:

I like The French Touch.
DS is a beautiful car! I bet it has even more peculiarities than a Pagoda...

Plenty of French beauty to behold in those videos. Oh, the cars are nice too.
