Extra ticket to the PUB 2017

Twinoakchef,

We will miss you!  Just a reminder,  if someone that registered is not coming and there is an arrangement to transfer the ticket to someone else, I will need to get an email from you as the registered participant and the new ticket holder will need to check in with me and sign a liability waiver.
