1960 190SL dash rear pictures?
« on: July 25, 2017, 15:41:29 »
Hello All,
I am helping a friend restore his 1960 190SL W121 and need some help.
I am redoing all the wiring (new loom) and have completed most of everything, except the dash.
Have all the wires set up and ready to be inserted to the dash with the switches.
There are several large aluminum spacers and shims.
I have no idea where they belong and which switch they go to.

Does anyone have a good picture or explanation of where they go?
These spacers are epoxied to the back of the dash, but over the years they came loose and my friend took it all apart, doesn't remember nor did he document the spacers location.

Need some help here.

Thanks to all.
Walter

you'd get a better answer at www.190slgroup.com

I know nothing is epoxied to the back of the dash.

Thanks Thelews.
I found the answer from other sources.
The 190 SL group didn't have the answers, looked all over.
