 Hi Folks. John here from Nova Scotia. I'm starting to pay more attention to some detailing under the hood and have come across some "loose ends" to be dealt with so to speak. the wires shown in the attached two pictures don't connect anywhere and are just taped at the ends. I'm curious as to what they may have connected to at one time or whether I am missing something under the hood. Any info or comments as always greatly appreciated. Best regards to all... John

Hi John,

That second cable looks like a ground strap. I had a similar cable that ran from my battery's negative terminal to my engine, where it was bolted to a ground point. I don't know if it could be in a similar location in your vehicle.

The first picture show the cables connecting to an optional fusebox for the radio.
